Penny
Penny has been making soap for 20 years. She started making glycerin soaps and over the years has started making cold process soaps. She enjoys creating soap with cheerful colors and refreshing scents as well as other natural, high-quality products for bath and body.
Currently, Penny is active with the Whatcom Art Guild and sells her products at the Whatcom Art Market, a co-op of over 45 artists in Bellingham, WA, where she has been a member since 2010. She is also a vendor at the Mount Vernon Farmers Market and the Pacific Arts Market.
The Products
Pacific Bubbles and Lotions hand crafts all their products in the Pacific Northwest with renewable and natural resources. All soaps, lip balms, and salves naturally moisturize the skin while the lotions feature an added silk protein for that extra smooth, skin soothing application.
